Problems with pressure sensor seals

Due to the small measuring range of the differential pressure transmitter, the sensor elements in the transmitter will affect the output of the differential pressure transmitter.

The transmitter output signal is unstable

The problem with this failure is that it is a source of pressure. The pressure source itself is an unstable pressure, which may be due to the weak anti-interference ability of the instrument or the pressure sensor, the serious vibration of the sensor itself, and the failure of the sensor.

Under normal circumstances, due to the different specifications of the sealing ring, the sealing ring will be pressed into the pressure inlet of the sensor after tightening, blocking the sensor. The pressure medium cannot enter the sensor when pressurizing, but when the pressure is high, the sealing ring will suddenly open, and the pressure sensor will change due to the pressure. The best way to eliminate this failure is to remove the sensor and directly check that zero is normal. If zero is normal, replace the seal ring and try again.

During installation, the pressure sensitive part of the transmitter should be perpendicular to the axial direction of gravity. After installation and fixation, the zero of the transmitter should be adjusted to the standard value.
